Reception was often unattended by staff, especially in the evenings, which can be inconvenient. Located outside town (15-20 minute walk) though taxi to town centre costs only €6.

Very good location in lovely Tirol. Only 2 km to St. Johann city centre. In hotel you can find some activities for kids. Rooms are clean and with enough space for guests. We stayed only for one night on our way home, but once I could stay even for more nights there.

Kinderland in the basement could be renovated, it's slightly old fashion now.

We had a perfect stay at a wonderful hotel in Sankt Johann in Tirol. The selection at breakfast and dinner was excellent, with fast service. The room was spacious and clean, with a breathtaking view from the balcony. The staff was friendly and provided great hiking plans and suggestions. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

Located conveniently close to other top ski resorts, this hotel offers easy access to the slopes with ski-in/ski-out access and proximity to lifts. the rooms are cozy, comfortable, and sparkling clean, with great amenities like a minibar and coffee machine. the breakfast buffet is exceptional and the staff is warm and friendly. Guests can also enjoy the wellness center with pool and saunas.

Some staff members may not be fluent in English, but make an effort to communicate effectively.

The staff is helpful and friendly, especially at the bar and kid's corner. The hotel is clean and centrally located for skiing in multiple areas, all within a short drive. The pool area is nice and the food is varied and of great quality.

The hotel was very clean and had great facilities, including a sauna and a pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for skiing, with easy access to other ski resorts in the mountains and near slopes.
